• FAAST Aspirating Smoke Detector

    April 27, 2012

The FAAST Fire Alarm Aspiration Sensing Technology Detector can send up to six individuals an email notification that identifies which unit is the initiating device and the location and details of the event.

The 8100 model doesn’t require a separate parallel data network and FAAST’s TCP/IP connectivity is achieved through its onboard Ethernet port.

This interface enables facility managers to monitor the detector from any Internet browser, smartphone, or mobile device with VPN capability.
